Killarney to host annual USI conference

Hundreds of student leaders are due to gather in Killarney, Co Kerry, later today for the Union of Students in Ireland's annual conference.

Resistance to Government plans to reintroduce third-level fees is expected to dominate the conference, but other issues of concern to students will also be discussed.

The USI is also due to release statistics on mental health on campuses during the Killarney meeting.
